Terms of Service
High Five, AI! service (high5ai.app). Effective from .
These terms set the rules for using the free High Five, AI! service available at high5ai.app. They are issued under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513). They are available free of charge on the website, before you use the service, as an ordinary web page that you can read, save and print. The terms apply to the public website high5ai.app. They do not cover the non-public API, which requires a token.

2. Definitions
- Website: the website High Five, AI! at high5ai.app.
- User: a person who uses the Website.
- Check: the service described in section 3.
- Checked site: the website whose address the User enters in the form.
- Report: the result of a Check, available under its own address (link) on the Website.
- Privacy Policy: the document at https://high5ai.app/en/privacy-policy.
3. Type and scope of the service
- The Provider supplies, by electronic means and free of charge, the Check service: whether AI bots can enter the Checked site and read it.
- A Check covers the home page of the Checked site, its robots.txt file and its sitemap. It is not a crawl of every subpage.
- The result is a Report with a verdict and a score. A Report has its own link that you can share, and you can download it as a Markdown file.
- The limit is 5 Checks per day from one IP address. We count the day by UTC time.
4. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. The Check form needs JavaScript to be turned on. You can read a Report without JavaScript too.
5. Rules of use
- The User does not supply unlawful content through the Website.
- Abuse of the Website is forbidden, including getting around the limit in section 3.
- Only publicly available websites may be submitted for a Check.
- The User knows that a Report is public: anyone who knows its link can open it, and it stays available for 180 days. There is no list of Reports and no search, and Report pages carry a noindex tag.
- The User knows that the history of a domain (up to the 20 latest Checks: date, verdict, score, changes) is shared by everyone who checks that domain. It contains no IP address and no User identifier.
- The User knows that a Check sends several requests to the Checked site. They come from the servers of the Provider and of providers that download pages, not from the User's IP address.
6. Conclusion and termination of the contract
- The contract for providing a service by electronic means is concluded when the Check form is submitted. It covers one Check.
- The contract ends when the Report is delivered. The Report stays available under its link for 180 days.
- The User may stop using the Website at any time.
- A change to the terms does not apply to Checks that were already done. The new version applies to Checks ordered after it takes effect.
7. Nature of the results
- The results come from mechanical tests. We calculate the verdict and the score from the test results, without an AI model.
- Simulating an AI bot means sending a request with that bot's User-agent name from the servers of the Provider and its providers. This is a strong indication, not proof that the real bot will be let in or blocked.
- A Report concerns one site and one moment. Other subpages and other moments may look different.
- The description of the site and the main entity in a Report come from an AI model and may be wrong.
- We do not guarantee any position in search results or presence in the answers of AI assistants.
- A Report is not legal advice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a Report. These terms do not exclude or limit the rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law.
9. Complaints
Send a complaint about how the Website works to mch@adinspire.com. Describe what it is about (the address of the Checked site or the link to the Report, the date, what did not work). We will answer within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
10. Copyright and deleting a Report
Copyright in the Website belongs to the Provider. The content of other people's websites, excerpts of which appear in a Report, belongs to their owners. If you want a Report deleted, write to mch@adinspire.com and give its link.
11. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and final provisions
Polish law applies to these terms and to the service. This does not affect the rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of law. Disputes are decided by the court that has jurisdiction under the law. These terms are effective from 1 November 2026. This English version is a translation, and if the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
